Pickman's Gallery and Combat Zone

In my project of tranformig Newcrest into the Commonwealth, I'm needing more lots for builging so... I decided to merge two locations in one; Pickman's Gallery and the Combat Zone. For one building we have Pickman's Sim, and we have Cait's Sim for the Combat Zone building to live in. It's very difficult to make apartments on the Sims 4, so please, use your imagination. However, with "Discover university" you can have Roommates, so you can use this perk to make two different homes in the building by locking the doors for an specific Sim. Also, I recommend you this mod that allows you to choose the rommates you want instead of being random Sims. We have two townies on a lot that will be hiding a lot of misteries, so stay tuned on my project. 

Meanwhile, you can play with the characters and the buildings making your own stories.
