I want to introduce you my project on Sims 4: I transformed Newcrest to become "The Commonwealth". I created a building for every lot in the city, and also all the characters, that have habilities, traits and relationships specific for every one. You can download the "SaveFile" to play, but before, I recommend you to read the instructions so you don't loose any of your previous files in the game.
Quiero presentaros mi proyecto en los Sims 4: He tranformado Newcrest para que sea "La Commonwealth". He creado un edificio para cada solar vacío de la ciudad y también a los personajes, que por cierto tienen rasgos, habilidades y relaciones específicas de cada uno. Puedes descargarte la "SaveFile" para poder empezar a jugar, pero antes, te recomiendo que leas las instrucciones para no perder nada de tus anteriores partidas.

SANCTUARY HILLS
A beautiful and precise replica of main character's house on Fallout 4. This will be the starting point on our new story. (You can already download it if you want to play while I'm ending my project).
Una preciosa y precisa replica de la casa de los protagonistas de Fallout 4. Éste será el punto de partida de nuestra nueva historia. (Si quieres puedes descargarla ya para jugar mientras acabo mi proyecto).
A replica of the house where is located the workbech with which we built our settlement on Sanctuary Hills. Probably, it will be uninhabitated by the time you start the story, so you can bring your favourite Sim to live in the Commonwealth.
Un replica de la casa dónde se encuentra el taller con el que construimos nuestro asentamiento en Sanctuary Hill. Probablemente estará deshabitada en el momento de empezar la historia, así podrás llevar a tu Sim favorito a vivir en la Commonwealth.
Our favourite junkie is a prosper citizen on this reality. She lives in a pretty pink house on Sanctuary Hills, next to her two cats; Jun and Marcy Long. She helps her neigbours with her paranormal and witchery knowledge, and she'll be an important townie on the storyline. (You can already play with her and her house, click here to download).
Nuestra yonki favorita es una ciudadana decente en ésta realidad. Vive en una bonita casa rosa en Sanctuary Hills, junto con sus dos gatos; Jun y Marcy Long. Mama Murphy ayuda a sus vecinos con sus conocimientos paranormales y de brujería, y será un personaje importante en ésta historia. (Ya puedes jugar con ella y su casa, click aquí para descargar).
Oh... Poor man, doesn't matter hoy hard he tries, he's a loser. He's a nice guy, but he's a little bit obssesed with the company he works for. His house is nasty cause he spends all day trying to convince his neighbours to buy a place in a local Shelter, but they don't pay much attention to him. Aish... Pobre hombre, por mucho empeño que le ponga es un perdedor. Es buena persona, pero está un poco obsesionado con la empresa para la que trabaja. Su casa es una pocilga porque se pasa el día intentando convencer a sus vecinos para que compren un lugar en el Refugio Local, pero no le hacen mucho caso. ¿Cumplirá su sueño de ser asquerosamente rico? Sturges lives and works on the Red Rocket Truck Stop. He's the best mechanic on the town and everybody asks him for help when they need a professional fix on their homes. He adopted a dog named Meatball that he found on a landfill while he was looking for spare parts to fix a motorcycle. He's also the president of a exclusive club named "Atom Cats", only the cool people can join it. (If you want to use Red Rocket as a home budiness, you'll need this MOD).
Sturges vive y trabaja en la Parada de camiones de Red Rocket. Es el mejor mecánico de la ciudad y todo el mundo le pide ayuda cuando necesita que le arreglen algún desperfecto en su casa. Adoptó a un perro llamado Albóndiga que se encontró en un vertedero mientras buscaba piezas para arreglar una moto, y disfruta mucho de su compañía. También es el presidente de un club súper exclusivo llamado "Gátos del Átomo", dicen que sólo la gente guay puede formar parte de él. (Si quieres usar Red Rocket como negocio en casa, necesitarás éste MOD).
BUSINESS DISTRICT
In this reality, Far Harbor is a wealthy and prosperous location, and the avid dockers have decided to bring their best recipes to the Commonwealth. The Far Harbor Restaurant is a replica of the pier, bringing classical recipes with a taste of the sea to the city. You can enjoy the catch of the day, have a Captain's Vim on the bar or study quietly in the upper area. You'll feel how the breezes of Far harbor give you an extra dose of energy.
En ésta realidad, Far Harbor es una localización rica y próspera, y los ávidos habitantes del muelle, han decidido llevar sus mejores recetas a la Commonwealth. El Restaurante Far Harbor es una réplica del muelle, y trae a la ciudad recetas clásicas con sabor a mar. Puedes disfrutar de la pesca del día, tomar un Vim del Capitán en el bar, o estudiar tranquilamente en la zona superior. Vas a sentir como las brisas de Far Harbor te dan una dosis extra de energía.
In this reality, Cait is the owner of a prosper fight club named "Combat Zone". She lives on a little cute apartment on the top roof of the building, and organises underground fights that provide her a lot of money. She have some enemies, one of them, T. Pickman's, the lonely artist that's living next to her.
T. Pickman owns a decadent Gallery Art, and that's because not a lot of people indrestands his paintings and sculptures. He enjoys his loneliness, and hates that Cait, his neighbour, is always bringing people to the lot. After all, he have a secret to proptect from the other townies...
En ésta realidad, Cait es la dueña de un próspero club de la lucha llamado la "Combat Zone". Ella vive en un pequeño y lindo apartamento en el último piso del edificio, y organiza peleas clandestinas que le hacen ganar mucho dinero. Tiene algunos enemigos, entre ellos T. Pickman, el artista solitario que vive a su lado. Pickman posee una decadente galería de arte, y es porque no mucha gente entiende sus pinturas y esculturas. Él disfruta de su soledad, y odia que Cait, su vecina, traiga siempre gente al solar. Al fin y al cabo, tiene un secreto que protejer...
"Goodneighbor's of the people, for the people, you feel me? Everyone's welcome". I imagined Goodneighbor as a commune where townies live together in peace. All of them cooperate to make the town work. I'm working on the townies still, at the moment we already have Magnolia, that works as a singer on the "Third Rail". I'll also link you the Sim of Hancock (from another creator) to download it if you want to. There'll be 8 townies in total living on this place; Magnolia, Hancock, Irma, Dr Amati, Kent Connolly, MacCready, Fahrenheit and Daisy.

I've reimagined Diamond City as a shopping Mall. I think it would be perfect comparison in our parallel Fallout 4 world here on the Sims 4. Here you'll find everything; from Takahashi's famous noodles, to Publick Occurrences or Nick Valentine's Detective Agency. You can also buy anything you need in Super·Duper·Mart or take a photo session in the Photo Studio. There's a little bit of everything.

GENERAL VENUE
In this reality, the Cabot's are vampires, extra wealthy and snobs. They live in a pretty mansion full of expensive art and they even have a butler that takes care of the house. They own some lots on the neighborhood, so are the richest family in town.

This beautiful church is based on the original Old Nord Church from Boston. A majestic place where you Sims can celebrate their weddings or say goodbye to their deceased. In Fallout 4 we see a destroyed version, but I've brought back the greatness of the build in this version.

The Brotherhood of Steel needed a place where to meet. I present you the "Prydwen" Gym and Spa: this lot is constructed with broken pieces of a militar plane on the roof, and everything it's metalic, hard, made of steel. Only for the roughest Sims in town.

Afiliated wih Britechester, the Vault 81 it's a full equiped student housing so you don't have to worry about anything but be the best dweller. If you show that you are valid, maybe one day they will accept you in ther exclusive club.

Parkview's Apartments are iconic on Fallout 4. I decided that they would be a nice place for all the companions to live in. There are eight full equip apartment's in total, all of them decorated along with residents personality.

1. Upload your favourite buildings and families to the EA Gallery. 2. Unzip the "SaveFile" pack on your Desktop. 3. Download the Sims 4 Mod Manager (DOWNLOAD HERE) 4. Copy the content of the "mod" folder into your current mod folder: C:\Users\yourcomputer\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Mods 5. Use the "Sims 4 Mod Manager" to check if you have some duplicate packages. Delete them. Same for corrupt packages. 6. Copy the content of the "tray" folder into your current tray folder: C:\Users\yourcomputer\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Tray 7. Copy the content of your "saves" folder into an other folder (just in case so you don't loose them): C:\Users\yourcomputer\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Saves 8. Copy the content of the "saves" folder (FO4) into your current saves folder: C:\Users\yourcomputer\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Saves 9. Download your favourite Families and Buildings from your Gallery so you can continue playing with them. 10. That's it. Have fun!
