For my Goodneighbor building I decided to recreate some townies from Fallout 4. Here's all the CC required to make them work. You'll find them on my EA Gallery.

Our favourite ghoul John Hancock, is the mayor of Goodneighbor. I imagined him as a leader of the commune that is our new version of the town. Obviously, and because in this reality the bombs never fell, he's not a ghoul, but he preserves his magnetic an charismatic personality. He's married to Magnolia, and apparently they are a happy couple, but the thing is that, they both hide secrets to the other one. They both live in the "Old State House", a luxury house on the top of "The Third Rail".

Irma Memento | Memory Den
She's one of the most iconic females from Fallout 4. She owns the Memory Den on Goodneighbor and the purposes of that place are not clear; you'll decided what it's used for. She's ambitious, romantic and materialistic, and her lifetime dream it's to become the owner of the best club in town. Also, I decided to give her the surname "Memento", I think it's very accurate with her story.

Fahrenheit Hancock | Hotel Rexford
Fahrenheit, the bad girl from Goodneighbor. Hancock's bodyguard. But in reality, and not much people know it, Fahrenheit it's Hancock's daughter. She lives in Hotel Rexford, and her lifetime dream it's to become a bodybuilder.

Robert MacCready | The Third Rail
Bad kid from Fallout 3 it's here to kick your butt. Robert MacCready is a lovely (and dangerous) character on Fallout 4. He lives on a rusty room attached to the Third Rail. He's not the most popular Sim in town, but goes unnoticed too. He lives his live not taking part of the other Sims stories. Maybe you can build his own story?

Kent Connolly | Memory Den & Hotel Rexford
I know, he's not the most popular characters on Fallout 4, but he keeps a place on my heart cause I think he's so adorable. He lives in the Rexford hotel, and Irma (his mother) leaves him a space to give free rein to his obsession; Silver Shroud. A typical teenager without being a typical teenager.
Dra. Amari | Memory Den
Amari is the most important doctor on the Commonwealth. Her knowings are essential for the story to develope. Maybe you'll think it's not an important character, but trust me, she is.
